WHERE…El Dorado Park West- 2400 N. Studebaker Rd, Long Beach, Ca. 90815. (Refer to map and Google for directions). Enter at Studebaker Road and Los Arcos. Reserved site is Willow Grove, stage area by the duck pond, which is near free parking, restrooms, and is handicapped accessible.
WHO…If you are a Gaucho, you are invited! Just remember the park allows a maximum attendance of 300 at the site at any given time during the picnic. Don’t miss it, confirm your attendance by mailing in your payment a.s.a.p.
THEME…American Graffiti, Peace, Love, And Classics
Everyone dress the era. If you own a classic, drive it, we can’t wait to see you arrive!
FEE FOR ATTENDANCE…$20.00 per alumni family up to a total of 6. Each additional person over 6 please add $3.00 If you are married to an alumni it is just the one fee. This helps offset the costs of park rental ($500), bottled water ($75), desserts ($250) and door prizes ($100). Complete form to submit with payment (see additional document).

It will be another great day at the park! Bring your chairs, blankets, and picnic lunch. Water and dessert will be provided. No alcohol allowed. At this year’s event we will have games and prizes, DJs, Angie Nicolopoulos and Artie Breyfogle, assuring us all of a good time, and professional photographer, Anne Alsup, capturing the memories.
